This must have been our longest vacation so far. We left on October 2nd to be in time at John Green’s birthday party. On October 20 we picked up a reserved motorhome in Las Vegas, which we drove across the country for close to 2 months and 6,500 miles. On December 15 we dropped the motorhome off in Miami and with our good friends Wolfgang and Bruni Heimsch moved into a rented house not far from other friends, Peter and Angelika Koch. This allowed to continue our more than 30 years old tradition to celebrate Christmas together.
